I collected my Ethical Co-op organic fruit and veg box today and found out what I was going to be eating for the week, paid a visit to Fruit & ... Veg City for raw nuts and a lovely fresh juice, and then the Wellness Warehouse for goji berries and some raw honey. All set and ready to go....
